All prices are shown in US dollars and do not include taxes or shipping fees unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Special promotional prices are only valid for the specified time period.

5. Returns and Refunds
We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on all Vitagut products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the product, even if empty, within 60 days of the original purchase date for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping fees).
5.1 Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may not be accepted. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise specified.
5.2 Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 48 hours after we receive and verify your returned items. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
